Place frozen chicken in crock pot in as even of a layer as you can. Pour salsa on top. Make sure all the chicken is covered. The chicken doesn't need to sit in the salsa, but it does need to all have a layer on top. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and cook on low until chicken is cooked through. Shred and serve in your favorite Mexican dish.

Shred and enjoy!

So do you cook this in a smaller crockpot since it's just chicken? Just trying to decide which one to use...I have 4 different sizes.
I only have a large crock pot so I use it for everything. But if you have a smaller one, I'm sure that would be better.
I made this at my house on Wednesday. I made a lot since I knew it would freeze well. No worries though, it was such a big hit that they wanted it again for dinner on Thursday. We had it as nachos. Yummy!!!
